FAQ

*RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*

We currently are not accepting returns. We only accept exchanges or store credit for the future for any damaged items.

Please email info@mershy.com with your email and order number/the style, color, and size you would like to swap out. Please make sure to send back in the original package/undamaged. 

Our policy lasts 14 days after your product is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your exchange is accepted please allow 10-14 business days for an exchange to process & ship.

*ORDERS*

We typically process & ship orders within 1-2 business days.

We however are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they leave our office- but we will do our best to help track the package.

After your order is completed- we will send you a confirmation email and within 1-2 business days you will receive a tracking number.

*SHIPPING*

We offer worldwide shipping however shipping time and price is dependent upon location. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic shipping- takes approx. 5-10 days after the order is processed

International- can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks
