We offer worldwide shipping however shipping time and price is dependent upon location. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Domestic shipping: takes approx. 3-7 days after the order is processed
International: Can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks
If you would like to return or exchange an item please email info@mershy.com with your order number, within 14 days of your delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your request being submitted. We offer returns for store credit, a refund back to your original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or item.
To be eligible for a return your item must follow the requirements below:
Items must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, and with all tags, and in its original product packaging.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Mershy reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization.
For Domestic exchanges we will accommodate an exchange for a different size in the same variant (style and color) or a new item.
For International exchanges, we do not cover shipping and duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Mershy is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
